Bob's Red Mill Sweet Cream Buttermilk Milk Powder, 22-ounce (Pack of 4)

I liked everything about this product and the fact that I have buttermilk whenever I need it.

I always keep powdered buttermilk on had to cook with. This is the best brand. I buy a lot from Bob's Red Mill as they are dependable and great quality.

I've been using buttermilk powder for 40 years.I keep it in the refrigerator and it is always available when I need buttermilk for baking.

Tastes good, convenient, no additives...just buttermilk. Perfect to add to the non-fact milk powder (1-to-1) to have a real milk-creamer for coffee/tea. Lasts fro a year after opening, so, a great buy. I plan to keep buying. If they made whole milk or 1/2 and 1/2, or heavy cream, I would buy as instead though.

If I remember correctly this was purchased as part of an experiment regarding popcorn toppings? It may or may not have been combined with powdered white cheddar and applied to buttered popcorn kernels…once. I didn’t try it and it has otherwise just been occupying a 1/4 square foot space on the counter for a fair while. So I can affirmatively say the packaging is stout and colorful.

So disappointed, the bag came with a hole and half the product spilled out.

Unable to try as package damaged! The bag has a hole in it! The box it came in is not damaged. Tried to get replacement but states unable to return but I want a replacement!
