I absolutely love my new pull-out shelves! My original cabinet had a 'half shelf' way in the back which made putting tall things in there practically impossible - there was a lot of wasted space. I took out the shelf and inserted the double tier pull-out shelves and what an improvement! I can fit twice the amount of pans in the cabinet now and with no crowding. I plan on doing all my lower cabinets (I have only three) because the days of having to stoop down to look into a dark cabinet for the right pan are over!

This double decker pull out shelf unit is very heavy and sturdy as expected. The shelves don’t sag at all when fully extended.We finally got tired of sitting on the floor to reorganize this cabinet every couple of weeks when it became so unruly that stuff just fell out when the door was opened. It’s a lot of money but worth the investment IMO.

PROS:1. Price is cheaper than rev a shelf.2. Fairly easy to install.CONS:1. The weak point in this product is the tack welds on the baskets. This is a manufacturing issue at the factory in China.

Junk! The holes that are supposed to be counter-sunk are so poorly drilled, the very short screws provided to attach the shelves to the railing don't go through all the way. The screws are half the length they need to be to secure the shelves to the railing. The instructions are pitiful and leave half the steps out. I'm pretty good at piecing things together, but for someone who has trouble picturing how things go together, these instructions are horrible. Recommend buying from another vendor. Terrible!

This was a great purchase. The only negative is they did not include directions but you can download them from the manufacturer websiteFitting the rack onto the drawer pulls was a bit tricky as the rack dimensions are slightly different, but you'll be able to figure it out. I had to add a drop of glue on each side to make them hold better, and I wrapped the fastener with thin wire. It is now perfectly solid and looks great.

Ordered two of these and both arrived with welds broken on the baskets. 3 out of the 4 baskets were broken. The boxes they arrived in were badly beaten up and re-taped in several places. I contacted the manufacturer and they were nothing short of excellent. They were friendly, polite and sent out replacements straight away. The product themselves are very good quality but the packaging isn't the best. The bad packaging and the obvious abuse during shipment is why these were broken, not the product build quality. Would absolutely buy again.

This is a very positive review. Top rack has adjustable heights. (Be sure you put it in the height you want BEFORE attaching it to the back wall of the cabinet so you will not have to remove it again.) If I had another cabinet for this, I would definitely purchase it. Highly recommended!

I have a few different brands of these pull-out shelves and have been happy with all of them. This one works the same so no complaints. But this shelf was more difficult to install than others I've installed, (I'm 70 and there were lots of parts to assemble) but I took my time and followed instructions without a problem. Good product!
