Great rod great price great company
Outstanding rod currently running with my kastking Spartacus reel and it holds up really nice against those hogs that dont want to come up

Broke on second use due to manufacturing defect - warranty is a fraud and they don't respond at all
I bought this rod last May and used it only twice before it broke, due to what is obviously a manufacturing defect, while I was casting at the beginning of my second trip with it. I did not hit anything and there was no obvious reason for the top 1 foot of the rod to simply break off. I have followed their warranty claims procedures on multiple occasions, providing pictures, etc., and emailed them as well, and they have simply ignored me. They have given me no response at all. This company's warranty is a fraud.

5 star travesty!
Literally the first fish I caught on this pole, snapped it at one of the eyelets...... I’m hoping that it was a defect..... maybe a 2 pound bass at most. I hope they replace it ........I just got it

Great rod!
I ordered this rod on a Wednesday and it showed up on Friday. Shipping was fast. The rods are flawless. The action of the rod is perfect. Absolutely zero complaints!

no customer service
To be fair, I am not writing a review of this particular product. I purchased a different high performance spinning rod, from Enigma fishing about two years ago. The cork butt section broke off within a few weeks. Not a big deal, just needed a part replacement and/or repairs. Contacted Enigma, sent a photo and was told via a text reply and a telephone call, that they would take care of it right away. Was just asking for a replacement part, so I could try to fix it myself. After multiple contacts and reassurances from Enigma customer service, over the past two years, I have received nothing but the run-around. Zero customer service and zero product support. These are the facts. If you don't like this review Enigma, it's on you.

Best Topwater Rod on the Market
I use this rod for mainly top water and it’s one of the best. It throws really far and hasn’t caused one problem for me yet!
