Thus product is ok if the towels are not wet they will not get warm you must wet them to allow steam to form and it does take a couple hours for them to get hot. I also put my rice bags in here to keep them warm. I can fit approx 15 hand towels without over crowding it.

Seems to work well. Fits a lot inside. Mine came dented on the bottom so it does wiggle on a flat surface, but not a huge deal.
