Good one but not new one
The media could not be loaded. The book was good and had few very useful information but the problem was that it only had few and rest were general knowledge stuff which every individual new so if you are to fitness you can have it but if you have read 2 to 4 book than think twice

Easy to follow
Stuff she talks about makes sense. And it's actually working!!! It's easy to follow. But weightlifting and Surya namaskar is a critical inclusion without which the whole plan crumbles apart.
