BLACKHAWK S.T.R.I.K.E. 18-Round Shotgun Pouch

I bought a this bandolier to connect to an LBE vest for range and tactical larping. The item is very well made and holds shells nicely. I half expected it to not close all of the way but when it does, it closes perfectly and keeps the shells safe. The shells exposed on the outside however I feel could fall out with little effort. However, the trade off is having quick access to your shells.Great buy great price great quality. I'll end up buying a few more for sure.

Only 4stars as I have yet to use it on a trip or hunt etc, when/if I do I'll fix the rating.Strong stitching, well made. Tried to pull it apart at the seams and couldn't, tried to rip out the shell holders using more force than one wold expect to encounter in the field and it held tight. Grips shells securely yet let's you slide them out quickly. I did put in some shells and jostle the thing really good and a few slid down to the brass which could make extraction a hassle in a dire circumstance such as down range when deployed or home defense situations. The Velcro seals tight and after some working should be less stiff. Overall I like it compared to other pouches as it has capacity, it's well made, it's decently compact and small and has webbing for attaching to packs, leg gear etc?

Seems well made, definitely quality material. Not a fan of it literally saying "multicam" in the fabric but whatever. I think it might be awkwardly shaped as far as pals real estate goes. It's about 3 1/2 to 4 inches wide but only uses one pals column. I think they would have been better off using two columns of pals webbing. We'll see though, I'll post pics later.

PRO :Got this pouch the other day, took all my shells out of my Tach Vest pocket, Molle'd this pouch to my drop leg platform and now all my shells are accessible and held in place.CON: I have some 14 shells, the pouch's flap is not long enough to completely close. This could be a issue in the field, I'll see.

This is a great way to carry shotshells on a chest rig or vest. It is possibly not as compact and high quality as some other brands, specifically Original SOE gear but it gets the job done and carries more shells while being less expensive. The other option is incredibly well built and lower profile so it boils down to which one you prefer but you can't go wrong with either. I would highly recommend both.

I had been searching for something to carry at least two full loads of ammo for my Mossberg 500 and this pouch is perfect. I had been looking at other pouches but they just did hot have the same capacity and a bandoleer or sling carried too many or not enough. The shells are held firmly in place by the loops but they slide out smooth with little resistance. Overall it is an excellent product.

it's ok for range time. Not good for a class that you will need to get the shells out quickly. The first six loops for shells are off to the left then opening the pouch the shells are center to the molle.

great BLACKHAWK product as always. the picture shows a horizontal picture of the pouch which leads you to believe it attaches that way. it attaches vertically and also the front has shell holders. so 6 in the front 12 on the inside

It holds up to the task it was designed for.
