Used to protect RV water lines from freezing. Really like the cutoff handle.
Minimizes the amount of rv antifreeze for winterizing your camper. Worked great with air compressor to blow out water from the water lines. It’s important to use Teflon tape for airtight connections. Be sure to bypass the rv water heater, open the low water drain under the camper — open all the faucets, including the outside shower.

Works well to winterize garden hoses
I use this to blow out my 100' garden hose after use in the winter. It works perfectly (only leaks a very little when under 100psi of pressure). I keep it closed, let the compressor charge up, open the valve and let the water get blown out. I repeat this twice to ensure the hose is clear. It's a huge time saver.

Works well but could be better
This product works well to blow my RV water lines out for winterizing. One negative is the threaded length of the male NPT fittings are way too short. They actually bottom out before the threads seal. Somehow they don’t leak with Teflon tape, so the assembly works fine regardless. Very happy with this purchase.

Simple setup and use
While this might not be cheaper than buying the parts individually at the hardware store, it is all you need to connect an air compressor to your water system for winterizing in one place. It is simple to setup and use, and the price difference wasn't worth an extra trip to the store for me.

Tested and worked
I have been rebuilding a used popup camper (2000 viking) . Was winterizing it and though I had it drained. This adaptor wasn't much and I didn't want to get damage form any water I missed. Hooked it up the the camper and shut the valve. Hooked an air line to it and slowly opened the valve and water blew out the bottom drain and sink. Added rv antifreeze and circulated though the water system. Glad to have gotten more water out before the antifreeze was added.

Leaks air at every joint
There are two joints in this assembly that are not sealed. As a result, it leaks so badly that it is useless. This is solved by disassembling the three components and placing a thread sealant (such as teflon tape) on the male threads. Once I did this it worked fine.

Would not maintain air pressure!
Unit would not hold air pressure. Leaked at the ball value handle. If you turn the handle to the off position it should hold pressure. Not so with this unit I tried everything including tightening the valve. Nope, was of money.
