All the reviews I read said that the packaging was horrible and hats cracked when they tried to pull them apart. I was happily surprised to discover this was not the case for me. There are little strips of tissue paper in between in each hat and after a gentle tugging, they separated in one piece. These are one time use so I am happy with the quality of the hat.

These worked great for my 5 year old son’s magic themed birthday party. I bought tons of stickers and set up a table so the kids could decorate the hats. They were a little tricky to pull apart but I did it gently and had no issues with them cracking. I bought 2 packs and both were fine.

These are great for one time use. They are easily smashed. But work great for a night. I purchased these to make event centerpieces. I was able to use hot glue in them. I had my glue gun on the lowest setting. Warning! These would easily melt if your glue gun doesn’t have a low setting.Other buyers complained of pulling hats apart and damaging them. It’s true, the hats do stay a bit stuck when trying to get one out of the stack. I found that taking a group of 3 out of the stack slowly, then separate one at a time kept me from damaging any. Furthermore, I pulled slowly a little on each side by rostering the hat. This method helped me keep from smashing them.I personally found the price tag on the bill of the hat to be annoying and impossible to completely remove. I ended up taking as much as I could off then using a black marker to cover up the remainder.I would purchase again for a party hat or centerpiece given the right event.

I ordered these hats to use as part of the decorations and party platters for a New Years Eve party. They look awesome and fit adult heads relatively nicely. They are however very thin. You have to be super careful in unstacking them because you can break then and then they become a bit if a hazard. I took them all apart and will be using them to hold the chips and party favors but if the kids get a hold on them they will most certainly break and can cut their little hands. I would but them again because they are a good buy

Just what I expected for the price. I read reviews that stated these were flimsy and thin. I disagree. Although, they aren't strong and rigid, they held up just fine for our carnival and can/will be used again. You need to take your time when separating the hats, but not one of them cracked or ripped. Awesome product for the price.

These were great for the intended purpose, which was a hat for a party. They are very flimsy and one arrived with a crack in the hat band. However, I did not need them to look amazing and the broken one was not needed, so I didn't need to make a return. They worked well and were a hit as a token at a magician-themed party. If you are looking for something more "professional," these will not do the trick but for something that just gives a feel of a magician, they are fine.

Perfect for a casino theme birthday party. We made our own decorations using almost everything from amazon. The hats were the perfect center pieces for our theme. They hold up well. We used very hot glue to stick on decorations and they held up a week in advance and now almost two weeks later they are still holding up. Good value for the price.

The hats were stacked so tightly that they were too difficult to separate without damaging the hats. On the rim of each hat was a label that was impossible to remove.
