Mostly quiet, update: Sometimes quiet.
I got these because reviews said they were quiet. I put four fans to use immediately and one "fell out" after a week, howling and squeaking. SO, after about two weeks, 3/4 of them are still quiet. I will report back after some longer period of time.UPDATE: Three weeks in, two have become "howlers", I have downgraded to only 3 stars. It appears that these are not any better than any other cheap fan. So, I now rate them disappointingly average in value.

Small and good
Good fans work fine, as far as noise they are average would not bother most anyone.

Useless for 3D printing, and probably anything else
These fans move such a small amount of air that I really can't think of any real application for them. I can't imagine they'd even improve on natural air convection very much.Note: I ordered the 12V 30mm variant as a drop-in replacement for my Duplicator i3 hot end cooler, just to get me through the design and print process of a better blower.

Wrong size
Wrong size, not sure if it was my mistake or the fact that the listing is missing a few details.

Just bad
Quiet at first and the next day the bearing would grind like it's about to fall apart. The second fan started doing the same a few days later as well, although not as bad.

Work pretty good, rotation speed is a bit slow
These fans don't produce a lot of air flow. I actually replaced fans that were blowing much faster. BUT the reason I replaced the fans - they got super noisy and were super annoying. These ones are quiet, just don't cool down the surface as much. So far nothing broke and I really like the quietness.
