Hello, The Ninebot Kids Bike is shipped in efficient packaging. When you receive it, the bike will require minimal assembly, really no different than any other bicycle that you’d have shipped to you.

I just received the item and I am missing the stem cap. Can we assemble this without that part?

We need a seat that can go down lower. Is there an option for a 7 inch stem on the seat

I cut off about 2” myself (hack saw), when required I will pick up a new seat
