Good but has a flaw.
I like everything about the rack, however, only two sides of the four are welded, on all adjoining points. That's disappointing because it seems they skipped doing this to save time and money. This does make the structure weaker by doing this.

Nice Rack!
Very nice rack especially for the money. I purchased stands previously that were not connected and wasn't real happy with how they worked out on carpet. These took care of the moving around issue and even more sturdy when using the weight pegs, I use a couple of 35lb plates. The only issue I have is the brackets on the top have no cushion so if you don't add some rubber or something, your bar will get scratched up pretty good. I purchased some 1/8" rubber, works great.

OK
- Nice and well made- Paint is not the best- Parts are covered in a Anti-Corrosion arsenic type Powder you will need to clean off and you might be allergic to- Instruction poorly thought out while pictures are not informative- Maybe good for a few years until it starts to suffer from part failure most likely adjustment knob threads will wear out..not as tough as bigger fixed position racks- Would not risk anyone's safety placing more then 475 pounds with a bar on this thing- Would not recommend for dips even with provided handles.... unless temporary and you have some heavy weights anchoring the base- Adjustable between a 6 inch bar and 7 inch bar..very few racks offer this while easy to break down to transporting in case you move- Overall it gets a B- from me... while believing it to be at least 35% over priced considering what you get and how much you can incorporate it into your training..but still worth buying for safety and worth the cost versus non-linked jack style racks that can tip over more easy.

The stands seem to be good quality for the money
The stands seem to be good quality for the money. I bought them for doing squats and for using as a benchpress rack. The benchpress rack part of the stands does not adjust high enough to use with the golds gym XR 6.0 adjustable weight bench I purchased to go with it. It seems to me that the bench is normal size and that the stands don't adjust high enough on the lower rack to use with a normal bench. But the upper rack extends high enough. I'm 6'1" 205 pounds and the stand will adjust higher than what I can use. Seems good quality, easy to put together. I think what I will do is buy some pieces of 4x4 post and cut it to match the base of the stands and then attach with lag bolts, and that should raise them up sufficiently high enough to use as a bench press stand. You can adjust the top squat part of the rack Low enough to use as a bench press. So in theory you could have it as low as it will go into bench presses and then raise it up to a high position for squats. That is not what I'm looking for. I was looking for a bench press/squat rack that did not have to be adjusted in between exercises.

Good, just not for my needs.
I thought this would be a good alternative to a dedicated squat rack because I have limited space. Unfortunately, in my case, it doesn't. The feet are nice and big to keep it stable, but so are mine. To use it, I need to step away from the racks which sort of puts me out of any "safety" zone in case I work to fail. I can live with not working to fail, but I don't have enough room to step away from them. The footprint of each stand is pretty big too. I thought I could store them easily when not in use, but this make it rather difficult. I should have looked into them more before purchase. I will have to do some room rearranging in the future, so maybe then I can make them work.I gave the item four stars because it is decent, it just doesn't meet my present needs. If you have a utility bench w/o a rack, these could work nicely. For the price, they are actually pretty nice. The only thing that was actually wrong with mine was it was one washer short - well, 3/4 of a washer short. One of them was just a pressed metal washer fragment.

Good buy
It’s a good bench for amateur home gym with very limited space. It’s thought through, but few details still due for improvement. It handles weight well and remains adequately stable. The joints and connections are well secured. It wouldn’t flip or tilt inside or outside when weight is on. Plus it’s got double-security that locks the top handles from collapsing even if any one part becomes disengaged. But, I wouldn’t try to push it to the limits at this price level - given lots of parts welded or tied together. The spotter handles are somewhat mood-killer. They’re few inch too long and the ends are just square pieces of metal. Especially if you’re not yet used to subconsciously watch them - you can land your elbow right on that sharp front of it as I did. That hurt. The good thing is that they’re adjustable - so you can find better spot so that they’re not right on the way of the elbows. The lowest setting of the rack handles are quite high from top. I particularly purchased it for bench press (flat), but my bench is 17” from floor to the top of cushion - and it’s just on spot to reach and grab the bar. I’m 5’9”. If your bench sits higher - won’t be an issue. Also, the width wouldn’t let you do wide grip. The bottom lock doesn’t extend far enough. And again, the spotter handles will come to play.Overall - it’s a good purchase, but takes some time to get used to. I would recommend for price/quality balance - but probably not for functionality/design.

Great starter Rack with a solid weight capacity
Excellent rack for the price. This fit just about my every need within my budget. If you are considering buying a rack look no further. Don't let the endless shopping around stop you from your next workout. This is the best bang for your buck

Excellent squat rack
Does everything I need it to do. Happy with purchase. The bench press part of the rack could use a few more holes toadjust height. I drilled one to get the height I needed. Squat rackhas plenty of adjustment. Would buy again. Packaging this productcame in was a disaster or I would have rated it a 5.
