Not what I expected
From the image given I thought this would be a pale pink colour but it was clear. Expensive for a clear lip gloss when Vaseline would do the job just as well. It was also unpleasantly sticky. Nice packaging though. I sent them back.

Feels great
Bought this for my 9 year old granddaughter, she loves it, says it feels cool on her lips and is using it several times a day. It doesn't look as if she is wearing lipstick which is ideal!

Abysmal
Arrived with the seal broken and some of the content missing. It had been used. This is a roller ball so any disgusting germs or diseases will just roll around and contaminate the whole product. Disgusting and needless to say I have not been offered a refund.
