Pictures are messed up
It is great price for convenience but a lot of the images were messed up.

Great shipping material
I was worried these would be broken when they got here because they are so fragile but they were well packaged in a cardboard envelope and very cute for cupcakes

Not what’s pictured
The media could not be loaded. Some of the pictures are completely useless. There is black ink!! Pictures are cut off or not centered. My event is days away and these will simply not work! Very disappointed

Great so precious every pic was perfect

Poor quality
The paper used was not made for icing. It didn't melt to the cupcakes, the color was completely off and it tasted like communion wafers. Huge fail for me. Will not purchase anything similar again.

Not as described
I have purchase this particular item before but this time it’s very disappointing. It’s not the same color as the pictures & it also doesn’t allow me to return or exchange the item. So I am very disappointed in the fact that I will not be able to use all of what I purchased.
