Great replacement! Fit perfectly.
This fit perfectly. 2000 civic lx. Be sure to use a 14mm flare wrench for bottom fitting. Also, the first time I started the car, it leaked slightly from the top banjo bolt. Another 1/8 turn on the bolt sealed it. I used the included crush washers. My filter was 15+ old so I noticed a real improvement. Unfortunately it doesn’t come with stickers for that extra 5hp.

Great Replacement for 20 y/o filter
Installed on a 1999 Honda Civic Ex. This filter replaced the 20 year old Honda OEM one and I immediately noticed a positive change in performance. Install was simple, no issues, none with the fuel line retaining U looking bracket on the top that other people have reported with other Honda/Acuras models . Filter came in a K&N box with a bag with 3 crush washers, two 12mm and one 6mm. I did not use the 6mm washer which I assume was intended for the inlet line with the flared end because there was not one installed w/ the old filter and 6mm was too small. I do not have any leaks as a result of not using the 6mm washer. Overall I'm very impressed and I will update the review if I run into any issues.

Fits perfect 👌
Installed on my 2000 civic hx coupe, with a b18b1 turbo swap, fits and works great, direct swap from OE filter. My stock one looks like it was never changed so this was a very good maintenance to do.

I'm sure the filter will be great, but had to file tabs for banjo connection.
I just replaced the original 21 year-old filter on my 1999 Civic EX 4-door, and would've given it 5 stars, but the steel tabs that support the fuel hose fitting and banjo bolt were too narrow.I simply put a piece of tape over the outlet side of the filter (you don't want steel filings in your new filter, do you?) and filed them a bit wider. Worked perfectly.I recommend this filter, just have a file handy to custom fit it.A few installation tips:Remove the battery...it gives you a little more room to work, and prevents you from catching your car on fire. When installing, put the filter in the support outside the car and loosely attach clamp and it's bolt finger tight.Next, bring the whole assembly over to the car and get the lower fuel line started by hand. Get it finger tight.Next, bolt the bracket back onto the firewall and tighten the filter clamp.Supporting the filter with appropriate wrenches that fit the upper and lower hexes built into it, tighten the lower line and install the outlet hose and banjo bolt with the two new large washers.Reinstall battery.Turn ignition key to the position before crank a few times to prime the filter and check for leaks.Start the car and have a beer or cold drink.Sheerness???The filter has a sheer black finish.

Attention Integra Owners (94-01)
My car is a 2000 Integra GS. I had to put this out there because I ran into one little problem. This filter looks like OEM. Installation is fairly easy. Just make sure to release pressure from your fuel line (open gas cap, remove fuel pump fuse, and turn key to ignition, it'll stall on you).I won't run down the rest of the installation since there are dozens of youtube videos. Here's the problem with this filter on the Integras, the U groove where the fuel line neck sits in is TOO small!!!Some people mentioned manhandling the fuel line into the groove. I advise against that. It won't sit flush. Here's my advice. Make sure you tape the opening into the filter VERY well so nothing gets inside. Use a metal file and file down the inside of the U groove. I measured the fuel line neck and it's about 8mm. Once you finish that, the fuel line sits beautifully into the groove.*For extra measure against rust, I used a paint pen to cover the now exposed bare metal. I forgot to mention that I also used masking tape to catch the metal shavings.*Performance wise, seem like there's more power in my car and it seems to drive smoother. The fuel filter I took out was an 18 year old stock fuel filter. Yikes!I'd definitely get this filter again but next time, I might file the U groove ahead before I install it.
