I'm a designer and bought this book for my daughter so she can build up her portfolio for her college application to industrial design programs.As expected, it's fantastic.It starts slow and easy, explaining basics and building up skills to drawing more elaborate forms.You can treat it like a full course and it gradually covers the necessary basics needed for product sketching: perspective, basic 3D forms and shapes (ie. boxes, spheres, tubes, rounded corners), viewpoint, shadow, color, detailing, line widths, etc.The authors also do a great job explaining each element very clearly, its importance, and how it contributes to the overall sketch and then providing suggestions for practice.This is the book I wish I had when I was in school!

Excelente título para diseñadores que buscan enseñarse a dibujar y para pulir técnicas de representación. Aborda temas muy buenos como el sombreado y la perspectiva e incita a realizar ejercicios para mejorar la técnica de dibujo!
