Waterproof? Can I use these to shower with post operation?

They arent specifically waterproof and so will get a wound wet, however I leave one on then remove, pat wound area dry and replace with fresh dressing and it's been ok. Not waterproof though

Good size let down by poor adhesive

I had occasion to use one of these after a fight with some gravel during a gentle MTB ride. Whilst the size is excellent the adhesion to my skin with hair and blood wasn't the best. Luckily I had some micro pourous tape in my kit so kept it on with that till I got home.
