Best vitamin I've ever taken
I love these vitamins. Even if I don't take them with food, they do not cause nausea. I also believe they absorb much better than tablets. They are easy to swallow, although they are large. I've been taking them for years and have no plans to switch.

Worth it
The capsules are waaay bigger than I thought they would be, about the same size as my fish oil, but these things are amazing and worth it regardless of size.

Well, they aren't perfect
These are huge pills in a dissolvable jacket. The dissolvable part isn't that dissolvable though. I had a teacher once explain that to make sure the vitamins we were taking would be worth taking them, sit the pill in a cup of boiling hot water. If it's still there after an hour, it's not going to dissolve in your stomach. So I did that with these and they did dissolve partially so I went with it.I like Nature Made brand, and I do feel like I'm getting my vitamins when I take these but I think I'll switch to something else.

Easy to swallow
I have a problem taking vitamins that are not coated or to big. These vitamins are gel and makes it easy to take. I preferred the Multi Complete they discontinued but this is actually the only brand that I feel is the best vitamins and best variety that I trust

Has iron but contains gelatin
Edit: changing to 2 stars because I’ve realized they are causing me to have excessive burps. It may be due to the softgel dissolving earlier so I should try a different kind. “It's mainly caused by the capsule dissolving in your stomach instead of lower in your gastrointestinal tract, in the small intestines”Also they are not vegetarian since they contain gelatin (made from pork). Please find an alternative ingredient, very unnecessary.For some reason I thought they would be smaller because of the soft gels. Oh well, can swallow fine and minimal taste.Take after food as the iron will make you throw up on an empty stomach
