This is very good cleanse. Just make sure that you take some fiber drink if you do not eat many vegetables because it can constipate you a little bit. Lots of fiber, no problemo.

May be working to early to tell but so hard to find what to mix with it because it is just eating dirt. Was thinking maybe making brownies or something like that, first time tried it with protein drink still a strong feeling of drinking dirt. But the benefits are suppose to be great for you.
