150LB Bands

I recommend this.

I like many have been trying to find a way to workout from home because of COVID-19 and I didn't think resistance bands would get the job done but I've been very happy with this set. The resistance bands are well made and after 3 months of constant use (5 days a week) they have held up well. Just follow the guide to taking care of the bands and I'm sure they will last for a long time. The attachments are sturdy and the velcro on the ankle strap is solid. I insert a hand towel in the ankle strap and use it in place of a tricep/bicep rope for tricep extensions, bicep curls and face pulls. The set also comes with a handy diagram of all the different workouts you can perform, only thing lacking was chest workouts but there are plenty of videos online. The seller was great and replied quickly to emails and questions. I've already recommended this product to friends who have been looking for a cheaper alternative to the inflated prices of weight sets and gym equipment. Stay safe, healthy and fit yall :)

I used these and also my Grandson has. He was surprised at how it really took some strength for the hardest band haha. The door hangar works well.

Like most people, I got pretty desperate when all the gyms closed down due to COVID-19. My wife suggested I look at a product like this. Very glad I did! These bands can give you a killer work out and the weight resistance seems pretty accurate. I have somewhat flimsy doors in my apartment, so it does look like the door bends a bit if I hook it up to the top or bottom. Regardless, def recommend this. Pair it up with a youtube resistance band work out and you will be feeling it.

These were cheep but not has well made as the more expensive bands. The clips are not as large and the bands are thinner. Stick with the more expensive around 60 to 80$

Like many people I'm sure, I ordered these bands to keep up with my gym routine during the COVID event. I wanted to stay away from cheap bands as I saw too many reviews about them snapping and breaking, so I came across this set which had really good reviews.The quality of the bands are definitely durable. The stitching and craftsmanship of these look good to me. I don't overstretch the bands during my use of them, but ive used all the bands numerous times now and they are holding up well.I do question though the weight resistance rating of them. My fiancé purchased a different set of bands for herself in which the weights of each band were 10,15,20,25, and 40 pounds. Oddly enough, those bands, and the set that I purchased here, are the same exact colors and the weight resistance feel the same, yet mine are rated at 10,20,30,40, and 50 pounds. So, I'm not sure which set are really correct. But, whether or not the weight ratings of this set are accurate, they do provide plenty enough resistance for all the workouts I like to do, so no real complaints here - more just an observation.The only thing I would improve on the product are the carabiners in each band. They are smaller than I would like, so attaching and detaching bands takes a bit longer, especially if you have several bands connected at once. Alternatively, the set my fiancé purchased had the carabiner hooked to the handles, as opposed to the resistance bands, which I like better. It makes removing and adding bands much easier and quicker in my opinion.Overall though, I am satisfied with these bands though. I've used them quite a bit and they are holding up well.

don`t buy. it's a waste product it's broken within a week. poor quality
