ALZO Liberator Battery Door Clearance Plate - Canon M50, M100, M6, M5

The only flaw with the Canon M6 mk II is the battery door GETTING BLOCKED BY TRIPOD PLATES! Seriously, wtf Canon. Did you want to use your camera for streaming? Good luck finding a good tripod that doesn't block the battery door. This little plate is great. My only wish was that there was some other way to secure the mount. Due to the sticky adhesive, it's a one-and-done type of thing. It made my gimbal impossible to balance due to how off the center of gravity became. So, I removed the adhesive and use it with my Manfrotto tripod for video calls and streaming. I only use it for that purpose, so I can unscrew it when I do any gimbal work (which is rare, but happens occasionally). Anyway, I'd definitely buy another if the screw wears out. They provide an insert with the 3M sticky part in case you need to replace it down the line.

Saves a lot of time since I don't have to take my camera off the tripod

This plate is perfect for my Canon M50! I shoot videos in a home studio setting on a Manfrotto 290 tripod. And as I shoot, I need to access the memory card on the fly to see if the clip looks good, or if I need to reshoot it. So I need to frequently pull the SD card. The Alzo Liberator addresses this need perfectly. If you use a tripod and you want to access your camera's battery/card door, this is what you need. So glad I ordered this!
