If your kid is going to be careful using it, the product works fine.
Bought it for my 9 year old son for his birthday, first 30 minutes of using it he came back with it as the bar where the wheel fastens to at the front had bent inwards as it’s a hollow bar. Wrote to the seller who offered to send a replacement product, a few days later the replacement product arrived;This time I took the bar in question to B&Q and found some slices of wood to put inside the hollow bar to prevent the same issue.This time after 30 minutes of use my son came back with a big chunk missing out of the rubber around the wheel (but that was ok as I had a spare) seems to be ok now but my son is being extra careful not to brake it again. For the money I would expect a better quality product that would not break after 30 minutes of use or require adaptations to prevent it from breaking.So to sum it up, if you want to mod it yourself to prevent the issue I had, or your kid is very careful using it go ahead and buy it, but if not look around - I do think most of these are made in a similar way so all probably suffer from the same issue.The seller was very helpful and responsive though when the first one broke and sent out a replacement swiftly so that’s a great positive for them.

Not interested
The low score is due to the fact that after using the unit just 5/6 times the front wheel cane off. Although easy enough to put back on it happened again. Contacted the company who wanted photographic proof if damage, unfortunately my wife had thrown the wheel away. Offered to pay for a new front wheel but unable to supply. I now have an upset grandson who can’t use his board and a product that is totally useless.

Worth it!
Brilliant for the price! Was a gift and it was loved, the the hoverboard fine and is adjustable, bit fiddly to put together and the instructions are useless but was easily figured out. Comes with all the tools needed.

It's Cheap, and not in a good way
Cheap construction, the front wheel falls apart and the screws are only just long enough to connect. The main arm if the foot rest is such cheap and thin metal it buckled at the wheel point. Please don't waste your money. I have a very upset boy now.

Kids love it. Doesn’t secure properly though as Velcro straps are too short

Absolutely useless arrived damaged box, no instructions or screws totally ruined my little boys birthday as hes been screaming for us to build it and can't !!!!! thank's for nothing one really annoyed and unhappy mum grrrrrrrrrr
