SKHand Tool 17828 Duckbill Pliers with Serrated Jaw, 8"

This is one of those tools you never need until you need it, and then you REALLY need it and nothing else will do. I purchased an entire set of S&K pliers to stock a new chest and decided not to bother getting this one until 'latter'. Figuring 'latter' would be sometime in the distant future. This one has now gotten more use than all my other pliers combined.Typical excellent S&K quality. It still looks like I just got it. How amazing it is to be able to use a tool more than 2-3 times before its shot and you have to throw it away and buy a new one.

Very versatile tool. You do not know what you are missing if you don't own duck bill pliers.

I want to get SK tools while there still USA made

the set I got were not quite as "loose" out of the package as my set of Knipex, but they've broken in nicely and are a great tool. highly recommend SK.

I had to replace my old Blue Point duckbills after they mysteriously disappeared a few weeks ago when the grand kids were over. They were good pliers with lightly serrated jaws but these SK's have much more gripping power while still having a relatively thin jaw taper and good width. I think I paid less for these SK's then I did the old Blue Points 35 years ago. Very well made.
