Over the years, I've used another online fruit service to send my mother grapefruits, but their prices are nearly twice what I paid for these. I figured I'd try this one year, and if it didn't work out, I'd go back to the expensive brand. Sure, the "presentation" wasn't quite as nice, but you know what? They arrived safely and they were beautiful! I don't mind saving 45% and sacrificing one fruit wrapped in gold foil. My mother has been enjoying the grapefruits throughout the holiday season, and they are just as good as the other shipper's product so we're both very happy about this. I will definitely use this company again for my fruit gifting needs.

What a terrible purchase. First the 12 grapefruit arrive in a box that was twice to big with very little packing to say nothing about presentation. The poor packing resulted in a broken box. After opening to see what I expected to be wonderful grapefruit, another disappointment. These 12 grapefruit were exceptionally small, not as big as a naval orange. After getting one ready to eat, there was little there in the way of the actual fruit, the skin was very thick. I get bigger grapefruit from our local grocery store which are equally as tasty without as much work per fruit to eat. And to think I paid $3.75 per grapefruit, more than twice the cost of the grocery store. I am so glad that I didn’t order these as a gift as I would have been very embarrassed. Never will I order fruit from this seller again.

Only bought the grapefruit (twice) thus far, but the quality, taste, texture and ripeness is perfect. Much better than I can find in the local stores. Amazingly, the grapefruit, without refrigeration, remains deliciously ripe for two weeks! Worth the cost. I can't wait to branch out into some of their other offerings.

The grapefruit arrived in good time and is delicious! My only complaint is where they left it. I live in an apartment building without a porch, and the box was put outside! It could have been stolen! However, I would order the fruit again!

The freshness, sweet flavor and delivered a day early. Can’t say one thing made these grapefruit an awesome gift but I’ll say it was the best gift for Christmas. “Thank You & Good Job everyone!!”

Not really good tasting. Some were quite irregular in shape. Not very large and not very pink or juicy. Some pretty soft. I should have checked this out better to know when grapefruit is in season. Gave most away as these don't have a very long shelf life. Have kept refrigerated. Packaged well and were cool when delivered. But for $30.00 plus was disappointed.
