Love love love! So I'm going to tell you, this product is legit. It has really made my runs in the morning last sooo much longer. I can really push myself and my muscles don't wear out as quickly. Warning, though, as with any pre-workout, make sure you're going to be working out or doing some kind of physical activity if you're using this product. Many pre-workouts give people tingly feelings. This one doesn't, at least for me. I get really cold, like goosebumps, and it makes me have to "number 2." Other than that, it's great for working out. The flavor is also good. It's like blue raspberry cotton candy. I fill my bottle, probably close to 16oz, and it probably thins the flavor a bit, so you could go 12oz and be good. Plus, the shimmery edible glitter inside is just so fun!

The media could not be loaded. I am in love with this pre workout. The flavor is great and the shimmer is amazing. I am definitely buying again. And it works, there is no tingle in either. I’m so happy!!!!

It tastes really good, like coconut with a hint of pineapple. It doesn't burn but still gives you energy. The only issue is the green explosive poops. I waited a week and tried again. Same thing happened. I almost blew out my o ring.

All this hype about glitter preworkout, looks pretty kick ass, but I really wish they would lable the flavor. I was expecting a blue raspberry flavor, for you know a blue drink. But it wasn’t. I have no clue what flavor this is still, but it has coconut flavoring. Which personally i hate coconut flavor anything.It’s cool looking but that’s all it has goin for them

I will never buy this pre workout again.I have been working out 5x a week for nearly 15 years. I have been taking pre workout 5x a week for nearly 8 years. I have taken some awesome ones and some awful ones. This one is the worst!I have taken it 5 times now and my experience with it is only getting worse.Normally, I take half a serving of any Preworkout. I'm tiny, maybe 100 pounds.The first time I took it was at 6am on leg day. I took half a scoop and felt nothing, so after my first round of sets, I took another half. I felt a little tingle, but that's it. I felt weak and couldn't even finish my workout.By the 3rd day of taking it, my kidneys were in pain. I took 2 shots of apple cider vinegar to clean out my kidneys and liver. Probably TMI, but my BM's were the same blue as the pre workout.My workouts have been getting worse and worse every time. I am not getting that "oh yea! Lets go!" Pumped up feeling. I am having to mentally pep talk myself through my workouts (if I even make it through them) instead of the high of my workouts pushing me to do more.I workout at 6 in the morning, by 8am I am needing a hot cup of tea because all I want to do is crash and go back to bed. I'm having headaches and an overwhelming anxiety feeling. I feel on edge and I'm snapping at my kids. This is not what I want from a pre workout. Also, I'm bloated and have abdominal pain. Never again will I buy this.Also, the flavor. I was expecting a blue raspberry taste.....it tastes like artificial banana.

My favorite Pre-Workout. I’ve tried many different ones and this gives me the flavor and the kick I want. I will definitely be buying it agin

Lot of jitters, above average pump. That may be personal, so don't necessarily let it distract you. Still it was as effective in my lifts as beyond RAW or Ghost for a few dollars less. So if you're ok with some twitching during a workout go for it. If not, don't.(Not a doctor, but of you have any kind seizure disorder, I'd definitely suggest staying away)

My wife uses this preworkout and loves it. Gives her the energy she needs to get up at 430 AM and work out. The blue one is not a very good flavor, but the red is pretty good. Definitely recommend, this is my wife’s first and only preworkout she has used.
