I bought the M but I could have fit in the S or the L honestly but with my broadish shoulders I chose the M. I am ( B38, W32 .) I love love it! It's a super cute blouse (just like the photos) it goes over the shoulder well and you can even lift up without it popping off your shoulders onto your neck. The material isn't as soft as I thought it was going to be but I still love it. Usually I don't like ruffles on my off the shoulder blouses but I like this one.
