Disparities

There are (at least) three Zizeks: 1) The one who makes compelling Youtube videos; 2) the one who writes Very Hard Books Indeed; and 3) the one who writes short books you can actually understand (the Verso ones). Disparities is a sort of excessive surplus, the unintended outcome of a confrontation between the last two Zizeks. In between the baffling confusion there's always an 'object petit a' nugget of insight. Read it in short bursts. An absolute Master. Geoff
