Its not exactly matt finish. Its look like a glossy finish. But overpriced.

Works great, looks even better
We ordered this paint to freshen up the trim and bumper on our 2005 Chevy Avalanche. It worked great. We did this a year ago and it has lasted quite well. The paint goes on smoothly and covers really well. Rustoleum is always our first choice,

Black Spray Paint
This is basically black spray paint. Left my bumper rough and painted on the white part of my car. I have used bumper sprays before and they are usually clear making the faded bumper shiny and black again.
