Selected 300 Poems of Chinese Tang Dynasty Paperback – May 15, 2017

I was very disappointed with this "book". The text isn't properly laid out and poems are spread out across different pages. The title of a poem may appear at the bottom of one page and the text runs on at the top of the next. No publisher or any publication details whatever are supplied apart from "printed in Great Britain by Amazon" which appears on the back page. There are no details given for translators which makes me wonder if the poems are proper translations at all. That said the book seems physically quite well put together and has an attractive laminated cover but the content is very poor. Frankly, I feel I've been ripped off.I've since found out that many of the translations are from Witter Bynner's "The Jade Mountain" published in 1929. It was dishonest to reproduce these without giving credit and so I returned the "book" to Amazon this afternoon.

Lamentable la impresión de portada, (mal la definición) pero lo más lamentable es la maquetación. Hablaré con compañeros antes de seguir leyendo a ver si las traducciones están bien hechas. De momento mal en general, un producto hecho con despecho.-Actualizacion- las traducciones son malas.Que lastima de producto.No sé puede ni leer

Some lovely poems but I would have liked more by Li Bai.
