I bought these in an effort to cut down on coffee and caffeine in general. I definitely notice a difference when I forgot to take one of these, I am definitely more tired and have suffered withdrawal headaches. About 100mg of caffeine which is equivalent to a small coffee does enough for me, even though I used to get a medium iced coffee from Dunkin almost daily.

This has just two ingredients. They work in synergy. If you're familiar with a thing called coffee then this will work for you. If you're a stim junkie who needs 300mg+ of caffeine then I suggest you take three of these. I don't see how other companies get away with charging twice as much for half the product. Maybe it doesn't have a pretty label and there aren't any stock pictures of people looking active and productive. Oh well, guess suckas gonna be suckas and somebody's gotta take their sucka money.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Good stuff. Just bought some more. The only thing I can fault is the gelatin casing has a tiny stale flavor.

Wow felt amazing yesterday morning! Didn't need to stack this product with my other nootropics it was all i needed for cognitive boost!

I stopped taking them after 3 time in 2 wks [ 1 pill a day several days apart]...giving me tightness in chest & out of breath. Haven't had those symptoms since I stopped

Really wasn’t for me. I’ve had caffeine and l-theanine products before, so in my experience this product is not very good in comparison. I’m not sure if there’s any or much caffeine in it at all. It made me sleepy. Will not try again.

It works as caffeine should work and the L-Theanine does seem to help reduce crash.

Didn't do much so I sent them back.
