Aqua Perl Pool Filter D.E.12 Lbs.

I have used DE Powder and other substitutes for DE and Perl lite has worked great so far. It seems to have taken much less than I expected. The measurements are totally confusing everywhere online I looked and the bag has NO INSTRUCTIONS! other than "use the same volume" ok...We'll the DE weights differently than Perl lite and everyone wants to say use "X coffee cans" Well coffee is sold in 1 lb cans not x cups per can. Hey why don't we use cups as a measure so it doesn't have to to convert and figured it out...Volume, OZs, Weight, liquid or solid...Everyone has a cup measure. I bought a feed store scoop that says up to 3 Qts. I "think" if figured out the calculation right- that I need 4.8qts for my 48sq grid..It is working nicely, no particles floating and water is flowing and water is clear.

Best filter powder ever! I can’t believe how much better this is than DE powder. Back washes so much better and faster and almost completely everything back washes out. Filter pressure is lower and way better flow. Should have started using 20 years ago. It’s 2x the cost but night and day difference.

I was introduced to this product on YouTube. After spending tons of money on pool services, I decided to try this product. I have provided before and after photos, without brushing or vacuuming the pool. I am very pleased with this product. I am so happy it is available on Amazon!

I think Aqua Perl and Big Splash are the same thing. It works great. Easy back wash. When dry it makes a cloudy mess. Try not to breathe it in.

I bought this as my other bag was getting low. Use in my pool filter instead of DE earth. Was priced really low. Think the season had ended for the supplier and want to reduce inventory. So, it was priced well too
