Upon opening the cheese, It was full of slime. I tried to wash it off and even scrape the sides to see if i could make it servable. The cheese was dry and stunk very bad. I have used this cheese before, and had no issues Unfortunately this piece of cheese had to go directly to the trash. Very disapointed.

I ordered this cheese to use with my new Girolle cheese shaver. I had no expectations at all, except that it would be a pretty presentation. But the taste is to DIE FOR! I will order more. much more. This is the best cheese I have ever eaten. It is so nice for a wine tasting. It goes with everything, and it is light and not filling at all. I also thought the price is excellent.

Was the best cheese I could have bought

This cheese was extremely nice and everybody in my family loved it too! It didn't last long because it was delicious and I do have the special cutter that it makes the curls - so it was a big hit at the table. I'd buy it again in a heart beat! Thanks for the good quality!

This is the second time I've ordered Tete de Moine via Amazon, the first front his vendor and I must say I am sorely disappointed. This block of cheese appears to have been improperly stored. It is smellier (and yes, I realize this cheese has a rather strong natural odor) and MUCH dryer than it should be. In fact, it is so dry (particularly compared to my prior order from another vendor) that the texture takes on a slightly chalky feel. So very disappointed

It's one of my favorite cheese and I usually don't complain but this one was a little old. Very unusual. No problems with shipping. It was well packed with an ice pack to keep the cheese cool during shipment
