Can you please tell me what the F nib is like - scratchy, skips, generous ink feed, too wet, feathering, bleed-through, etc? Thank you.

I know this question is years old, but I just got this pen. I prefer a medium nib, so I was expecting to replace it, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I find no feedback compared with other brand’s nibs in fine. I’m going to save my money and keep the nib!

yes, but not uncomfortably so. It has a very nice weight to it...so nice that it makes it hard to go back to my other pens! The patina that develops is also very unique and lovely.

Does it come with ink converter?

No it comes with a cartridge.. but they do sell kaweco piston converters.

Does this pen scratch easily?

The pen will quickly form a faded patina. Although I wouldn't say it scratches easy, if you are expecting it to keep its shiny luster you will be disappointed. That being said I find the patina to be quite beautiful.
