Thick, dark and very smooth, with layers of flavors from the cascade of ever-smaller woods used toage this fine Balsamic.Dribble it on grilled pork chops. Yum!Update: I have purschased this Balsamic five times from Amazon after buying a bottle in Tuscany about ten years ago. The taste and viscosity has been excellent and uniform and I cannot understand the few low ratings it has received as they sound like someone "low-balling" the product. Try it!
