Winsome Terrace Storage Shelf 3-Tier Wide in Espresso, 37-Inch

Easy to assemble. The bottom shelf is sagging from the weight of my books. Nice looking piece of furniture.

Well this came on time however there was a huge rip in the back of the packaging. Man was this thing protected the foam that was in there was crazy. My husband and I set it up together. Be very careful as it scratches very easily. It also came already scratched on one of the shelves but I am going to have stuff on it so you wont even see it then.A few suggestions. When putting in the screws to hold the shelves on do not drill them all the way in. When you put the locking screws in there wont be enough clearing to lock them in place. once we did that things went a lot easier and there was no gaps because the locking screws pull it in tight.Make sure you have a screwdriver that has multiple sizes.There is a warning on the back to not put heavy objects on it so don't buy it thinking you are going to put a TV or something big like that on it.Other than that all set up it looks very nice in our room.Would I buy again probably not. I would find something from IKEA

Easy to assemble. Looks nice but I ordered black and it has a dark red tint to it. Also had a lot of blemishes and chips in some of the wood. As long as no one looks at it closely it works fine

I bought two of these bookcases to put in front of our bay window in our new house. I think they look very high end. There have only been two problems that I have run into since owning them. First: When I put one of them together there was a very crucial piece missing for the backing. There are three separate painted cardboard backing pieces that are to be held together with a slotted piece of plastic. The backing fits into the grooves of the plastic holder on both sides and basically keeps it from falling out...well, one of the bookcases was missing this plastic piece. I didn't think it was worth taking the time to figure out how to obtain this missing piece and the bookcase looks fine without it, but the backing does bow out a little on that one. The second problem has been that the bottom shelf has started to sag on both of them. Now, it's my understanding that a bookshelf is meant to hold books...but it seems you shouldn't put too many on the shelves, they can't really handle being filled up. All in all, I would say it's a great decorative piece for people who like to put out books so they look smarter, but not for anyone that is serious about actual book reading.

Over-all, I am pleased with this book shelf, however the back side is made of flimsy board, but I guess it does the job if you don't push your books against it. Also, there was a chemical smell (from the finish??) that was pretty overwhelming when I opened the box. However, the bookshelf arrived on time, was packaged well, and it looks nice in my daughter's bedroom, and the smell evaporated. Over-all, I am happy with this purchase.

I really like our shelf and it is pretty but there are a few things I wasn't thrilled with. First of all I would call this product is a super dark espresso if you are wondering if the color is lighter than pictured it is not, normally if I order espresso it is not this dark but I am okay with the color. The product was a little lighter weight than I had expected and the back that looks decorative in the picture is actually pieces of plastic that goes in between the pieces of backing. While it isn't quite what I was expecting for the price I am still happy with the product.I just edited to say that some of my initial concerns are gone with the wind because this product has held up so well! My two year old climbs on this thing almost every day and it has taken no damage!

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. The color is Esspresso. My office desk is Esspresso and the color matched perfectly. It is not the sturdiest piece of furniture, but I anticipated this when purchasing. I am using it as a bookshelf not a TV stand. It comes with parts and written instructions on how to anchor it to a wall. I did need to. No damage or missing parts. I did have to use a screw of my own because the one provided was slightly too short. The instructions are not written, however the pictured instructions were detailed enough for me to follow for a quick assembly. Even for the inexperienced like myself.

I really like this shelf. It was perfect for a little extra storage in my place but it also looks very nice. The backing is kind of like cardboard so it isn't that strong but that didn't make any difference to me. The baskets have a little smell as first but they air out nicely. They also shed a bit and are a tad small but you can find baskets anywhere and the shelf is nice without the baskets as well ! I would recommend it. I love it !! perfect addition.

Baskets packaged in one box and unit packaged in another box g no problem, right? Well it kinda is a problem when you just receive the baskets then have to go through the hassle of ordering a replacement and retuning the baskets. I showed up at the post office to get my replacement only to find out 2 units were shipped with no baskets! Frustrating! Went together easily though and looks great. Very rickety - I suggest you strap this to the wall.

Extremely disappointed and angry with this product. I don’t know if the one I got was just a dud, or if it simply not a good product in general. First, the product came with damage on the top: a deep scratch and some water/dirt type damaged that a damp cloth could not remove. Then there was damage where the colour was scraped off on the front face along the vertical piece. We built this once and it was so unsturdy/wobbly I couldn't believe it. None of the pieces fit together well or snug and the panels for the back had at least a cm gap between then. It sways 1-2 inches either way if you so much as blow on it. We thought maybe it wasn’t tight enough. Disassembled the entire thing, tightened everything as much as possible and the same result. Almost every joint is loose or simply not snug. Almost none of the cam locks get super tight, but also won’t budge further. The front piece that goes on the top is super loose and you can see the dowels on both sides. Very upset.

Excellent shelf. Easily assembled, lovely aesthetic. Sturdy. Would purchase again. 👍🏻

This item was easy to assemble and is nice looking but it doesnt feel sturdy at all. Fortunately only using it for a few items and I would not trust putting anything heavy on it.
