Q: Why this ankle brace is unglued at receiving? It's normal or something is wrong? Old maybe?

Part of the rigid side did separate from the soft inner part, and after using different glues, I finally found regular super glue to work the best.

Q: Can you order replacement straps and foam pads for each ankle brace? You use too for the older versions but I dont see any replacements for these!!
