How is this a pneumatic unit? There is nothing pneumatic about it.

It is the name of the company. Just because they make pneumatic equipment does not mean that all their products are pneumatic. How ever it is a very well built tumbler.

What is the RPM for the barrel (not the motor, but the barrel)? I need 50 - 60 barrel RPMs. Can this go that slow?

This is a question for the manufacturer. If you need that kind of precision however consider a more expensive device.
