Really Works as Shown
Purchased Fair introductory kit. Everything came as expected. Really like the concept & products work well together. Don't agree with other reviews on the Brush-It is well designed, won't break bristles by expanding & contracting the brush size to use & by having your finger over both the slide/base parts it can be used at any of its diameters. Makeup is smooth, stays on, & blends so well that my hairstylist didn't think I had makeup on. The Lip Gloss is very emollient.Had reached out to Customer Care with questions as I am EXTREMELY fair but wanted the kits deal rather than their special compacts like Ivory- they responded quickly & followed up after our last exchange, [This turned out to be a little dark for me even after 10 days on a sunny vacation, but am glad I got the whole kit to try]. Will be purchasing again.

I like the compact a lot and it was nice that ...
I like the compact a lot and it was nice that it came with a mini bottle of mineral face spritzer. The concealer is on the dry side and there does not seem to be much of it in the small tube. The lip gloss, which is the same size, is fine as far as the getting it out of the tube. I don’t know why the concealer is so hard to use. The mascara is fine, nothing special. Next time I would probably just buy the compact and not the rest of the kit.

Useful as an expensive travel makeup kit only.
This is an idea that one of the home shopping networks had in the 90's. All your powders in one compact, only this one is a small compact with thin amounts of product in wedge shapes. For the amount you need to use as your base it won't last more than a week. At $40+ per week no thanks. The mascara was decent but no excitement, same for the lip gloss. I had high hopes for this because the colors were great, but the coverage was poor.

Happy with this makeup
I personally like it better than the Bare Minerals which I have been using since 2003, thought it was time for a change, glade I tried this, for me the color is perfect, all of it.
