Great product… But I went another direction
I’m sure this is a great product, but I decided to use liquid externally rather than pills internally. I use it as a moisturizer all over my body.

Great Black Seed Oil Capsules
I have only taken this for a view nights but seems to help with calming me down and staying asleep. Maybe placebo effect but something to consider when taking. I am on a holistic journey and this product has been added into my supplements. Easy to swallow no smell. Highly recommend as of now but will come back and update.

Brand matters, this brand worked for me.
Tried this brand in the bottled oil, tastes horrible, but it worked. I felt better. So I ordered capsules, but in a cheaper brand. Didn’t work at all. So I ordered capsules in the original brand oil and they work just like the bottle of oil. So staying with this brand for sure in the extra strength 2000mg. dose.

These are good to have in the home . I believe taking these has helped with the seasonal colds , making the duration shorter or less uncomfortable at the least. Anytime someone in our home coughs or feels like they are getting a cold we say “take the black seed oil “ so for what this is worth.. I know everyone is different and not all things work the same for everyone.

Bought for price but it looks inferior and smells old
Comparing to another brand I was extremely happy with. I decided to buy a cheaper organic variant in hopes that they didn’t sacrifice quality. Well… not only does the plastic bottle not smell nearly as potent; I mean their is no smell at all it just smells weak and ineffective. But it you can see a clear color difference. I did not want this to be the case but when I’m spending nearly half as much it’s still disappointing. Will have another update on differences in benefits if any. If no difference I’ll upgrade this review. However it seems unlikely The pills smell oxidized and old. Update: So far I’m going to upgrade the review. While I don’t like the lack of deep color and smell, I can at least confirm it’s black seed oil as I can taste it after ingesting. Not sure why the color is light but I did taste the black seed.
