Didn't pay attention to what I actually ordered.
Mug itself was good quality but I was sent a Horde one and not the Alliance as advertised.

Shoddy product, absolute extortion
Poorly manufactured, really cheap. You can see it’s just a printed insert, the paper fold is clearly visible. The seal is shockingly poor so the inside fogs up. It looks nothing like illustrated. Really disappointing, should have looked at the reviews beforehand...

False advertising
The mug looks nothing like the picture, It will do as a little Christmas stocking filler but looks cheap when compared to sellers pictures.

Product looks different from photos
I had ordered a WoW Alliance Travel Mug as a present but after having seen the product for real I'm returning it. The product photos make it look like the mug has a soft, satin outer finish with either the logo of the Alliance or Horde printed on it. In reality the outside of the mug is made from reflective, cheap looking plastic that easily scratches. And instead of a stencilled or silk screened print, they stuck a piece of paper between the outer and inner layers of the insulating mug. Check the photo I included. It probably is a sturdy mug that can take a beating or two, so if that's what you're looking for, it might be something for you. If, however, you're expecting a fancy looking mug, stay clear. I can't comment on its insulating properties as I've not tried that.
