Update after 8 months... the seat snapped. The soft close is just a stiff hinge, it's so slow it takes a minute to go down. The attachment is very firm and good quality. Not my first Bemis seat, they're good.

Easy to fit and nice finish
I've had several of these. They are easy to fit and secure. They have a nice finish and are easy to clean. They are soft close and don't be surprised if closing takes some time unassisted! In terms of durability, I aim to replace every 2 years, mainly due to scratches that expose the base material, which is not black...

Great toilet seat
Very good quality, sturdy toilet seat. Easy to fit.. would recommend it. I had previously bought 3 of Homebase’s Matt Black toilet seats that broke all in the same place on all 3, not long after we bought them… Then bought this far superior one! Don’t buy Homebase’s toilet seats the are 💩

Does an okay job. Came with Imperfections. Seat does not hold itself up.
The seat looks nice but mine came with a chip on the top of the seat but I covered it up with a permanent marker. Fairly easy to install. However, the seat refuses to stay up which is super frustrating to say the least. Slow close feature works well.

Banging! or not banging
Had one of these before. they are the best.. other just don't match them for durability. Easy to fit, stay where you put them, soft close. and available in gloss black, which for some reason is no longer readily available. Very happy!

Ich bin zufriedengestellt. Endlich ein stabiler formschöner, gut verarbeiteter Sitz der 5 Sterne verdient hat. Ich habe in kurzer Zeit mehrere Klositze bestellt und an jedem hat mir etwas nicht gefallen. Diese gingen dann gleich retour. Dieser hier entspricht meinen Erwartungen zu 100%. In 3 Minuten befestigt, ohne zusätzliches Werkzeug

fiquei muito desapontado, pois parecia bom e eu consegui instalá-lo sozinho, agora ele tem uma rachadura.
