Wobbly.
It’s not very stable. My daughters are competitive gymnasts. I wanted another beam to keep them happy. We didn’t unbox this right away so it’s ours to keep. But. If it’s being used for anything higher than a level 2 beam routine, pass.

Booooooo
Had high hopes. The legs (risers) and knobs were the issue. The risers had 2 holes, one was massive and no knob. Didn’t line up with the other whole. The second one lined up but knob was too skinny and short. My daughters were so disappointed. Got a full refund and have it on floor. Going to cut and throw out. Had to order from another company. We couldn’t even get a hold of someone to at least be sent new risers and hardware!The description says risers come in separate box a few days after your shipment arrives. That’s a lie!

Covering was not what I expected
This is a nice balance beam, but I thought it was going to be covered in vinyl. I had planned to take it outside for balance beam practice on the lawn, but it is covered in a velvet-type material rather than vinyl. It wouldn't be practical outside, it would attract weeds and things. (Cockle-burrs). My daughter still can't use it (balance challenges), but I use it to keep my robot vacuum in the rooms I want it in. The velvet material means it attracts pet hair and has to be cleaned all the time with a hand held vacuum. Not a fault of the product, just not what I thought.

Tipped when I stood on end and it’s feet didn’t lay flat on the floor.

Not so good
One of the threaded inserts is stripped out so can't get the bolt out of one hole. One of the cross beams doesn't have any rubber feet on it. The cover that says suede is some super cheap chicom velour. The wood is not solid. It is hollow MDF. Overall failure. I assumed it would be synthetic suede, but it is super junk covering. The foam is very low quality, low density foam. Not impressed at all. I have to assume this is made in China, but since no one wanted to put place of manufacture on the box or any piece of literature in the box, I can only assume the people that made it were disappointed in their product as well. Zero pride was given to this chicom piece.

Exactly as it shows.
Our 5 and 7yr olds love this. Highly recommend large mat for under. Bar was easy to assemble and relatively easy to adjust up in height once ready.

Sturdy Balance Beam
The balance beam was a Christmas gift for my 8 year old granddaughters. I saw them on it this weekend and they love it. It is very sturdy. What I didn't like - No instructions were included and there were nuts/bolts missing.
