Halo Headband Bandit - 4" Wide Pullover Sweatband for Both Women and Men

I LOVE this Halo Headband so much that I am more than glad to write a review. I have a pretty big head, lol. This fits just right, and keeps the sweat out of my face and it runs on the sides behind my ear (notice the sweat more on the bottom part of my hair, next to my neck and lower area).I workout about 1 hour of elliptical, 1 hour of weight lifting, sweat a great deal, and I wear glasses. It was super frustrating exercising and getting the sweat stinging my eyes or fogging up my glasses, and interrupting my workout wiping sweat off my eyes and cleaning my lenses over and over or removing my glasses and dropping them. No more of that nonsense, and I love that it keeps my glasses in place.Very well made, and I just bought 3 more; I workout everyday and never go to the gym without it. 5 stars FOR sure.

When I work out, I sweat a lot. I mean super-schvitzing. Like I just took a perspiration shower. I figured out it was time to invest in quality headband to keep the sweat from pouring into my eyes on the elliptical and treadmill. I did quite a bit of research and decided to invest in a Halo headband and I'm so glad I did.FIT - The fit for me is perfect. Snug enough that it felt very secure on my head without being too tight. I was on the elliptical for 30 minutes, stationery bike for 15 and then did a series of weight machines and the headband did not move.STYLE - I'm really glad I opted for the 4" band as it kept my hair back nicely. I have short, thinning hair which starts to frizz as it gets damp and while I'm not vain, particularly at the gym, it was nice not looking like I just stuck my finger in an electrical socket.COLOR - The color is exactly as pictured online.FUNCTION - Yes, this sucker did keep the sweat out of my eyes. Not sure it did the greatest job of wicking all the sweat away but given how much I sweat, I would say it did as good a job as one piece of material could. The silicon band works very well and did not rub one bit, which I was very pleased with. I didn't notice any indentation on my head or red marks where the silicon band was which was great. Did not pull on my hair at all.PRICE - This band is a little more expensive than I had wanted to spend initially, but given how well it worked and how well it's made, it's worth extra $. If it had been less money, or discounted as a 3 pack, I may have been compelled to buy more than one.

It is simply unnatural how much I sweat during an intense workout. Especially if I go for a run outside when it's hot and humid. I'm basically already dripping with sweat by the time I walk out the door. Sweat headbands are essential in my life, and I've tried MANY different brands over the years. Most have done a fairly decent job, but I'd always have to carry at least 2 or 3 extras with me to swap out during my workouts as they'd become saturated too quickly and sweat would begin dripping into my eyeballs.I had avoided trying Halo brand headbands for the longest time because I thought the price was too much and wasn't convinced they'd be much better than what I already had. But I became desperate and eventually gave in thinking it wouldn't hurt to try. So I bought one. But the first one I tried was actually their regular 2" wide pullover. It did a great job, much better than what I had, so at the time I thought it was the best headband ever. And then I tried THIS 4" wide headband and changed my mind completely...The main difference between this 4" wide headband and the 2" (besides the size) is the thickness of the fabric. Not that the 2" is super thick, but it's definitely thicker than the 4". While both work to keep sweat out of my eyes (thanks to the nifty sweat chanel) I personally found the 2" to become overly saturated much faster. I still found myself having to carry an extra with me to swap out halfway.This 4" wide headband, however, is just a miracle. I don't know exactly why it's so much better, but it is. Maybe it's because the material is thinner so it evaporates sweat faster, or maybe because it covers more of my head. Maybe it's both. Whatever the reason, it's the ONLY headband I've ever tried that I don't find myself having to swap out during a workout. It manages to keep sweat out of my eyes the ENTIRE time without fail. And despite how unbelievably SOAKED it gets by the end of my workout, very little liquid is squeezed out when I wring it. It just locks all the sweat in. With the 2" it's like a waterfall when I wring it out. However, both dry very quickly and ready to use again the next day.The only negative thing I'd say about this headband is that the sweat chanel often interferes with the Bluetooth connection on my wireless earbuds. It only happens when I'm at my absolute sweatiest. The sweat cascades down the chanel towards the back of my head and over my ears. For whatever reason that amount of sweat dripping over my earbuds makes the bluetooth connection choppy and the sound cuts in and out. This happens no matter which brand of sport earbuds I'm wearing. But I did find a solution. Once the sound starts getting choppy, I just tuck the sides of the headband behind my ears and everything is fine again.Yes these headbands aren't the cheapest, but if you sweat profusely like I do, they are worth every penny. They stay firmly in place on my big head but never feel too tight. They have never lost their shape or elasticity (unlike my aging skin) and are easy to wash. I stick all my headbands in a delicates bag and cold wash in the machine on a delicate cycle with a gentle detergent. Then I hang dry. They come out good as new and seem very durable. I have 4 of these now in different colors and, just like Pokémon, I need to collect them all.

BUYER BEWARE: I am a long-distance cyclist and bought two of these Halo Headband Bandit Wide Pullover Sweatbands. The look and description indicated a product that would hold back the sweat of many hours in the saddle. After my first day's use of the product, I noticed a deep and vivid horizontal mark across my temples from ear to ear. The yellow rubber(?) band on the inside of the product had etched itself into my skin above the eyebrows. I completed my training ride at 1:00 pm yet now at 10:16 pm the mark (though faded) can easily be seen like a tattoo across my head. I see no reason why that yellow band should be there. It's as if the company knew that their product would not work without this hack. I am disappointed in both Halo the company, and Halo the product.

I didn’t really know what to expect with this because I have never worn a bandanna type headband before. I also am not one typically to leave reviews either, but I had to when it came to this Halo headband. I was doing some research and noticed that some of the cheaper options was basically just to keep your hair back more or less. This one was actually to keep sweat out of your eyes and that was exactly what I was going for. It definitely lives up to product descriptions and expectations because sweat has not hit my face yet.. would absolutely 100% recommend to anyone who is using it for that purpose!! Would make same purchase 100 times over knowing the result. Also a US company, all the way across the board 100% satisfied!!!

Le fasce della Halo sono tra le migliori sul mercato, dalla loro hanno un sistema con una striscia di silicone che veicola il sudore sui lati evitando che scenda sugli occhi.Funziona molto bene specialmente per sudorazioni normali, i grandi sudatori sappiano che la capacità di assorbimento non è infinita ed in caso di attività che si protraggono nel tempo è sempre meglio avere una fascai di ricambio (ma questo con ogni tipo di fascia).Una nota negativa è che il diametro di questa fascia è relativamente piccolo e purtroppo troppo piccolo per la mia testa, che non è poi neanche troppo grande come misura.Nel caso aveste il dubbio, vi consiglio un altro modello che ha una velcro sulla parte posteriore e che dovrebbe risolvere questo problema.Per la spedizione tenete presente che il pacco arriva da Israele e che ci vuole un pochino di tempo, direi almeno 3 settimene, per riceverlo.Alla fine darei 5 stelle per materiali e tecnologia e 1 stella per la dimensione della fascia.Come media più di 3 stelle non mi sento di dare.Maurizio

Okay. I’ll admit it, I sweat. I sweat a lot. Dripping. It’s gross. Also, through the last year of quarantine I have had zero haircuts. I’m a long haired sweat machine grinding away in my home gym. What makes it better? This headband does. It’s wide enough to hold back the hair, absorbent enough to hold back the torrential sweat storm, and I no longer feel gross and instead I feel like some sort of athlete (I’m not, despite trying hard). This thing stays put through spin sessions, AMRAPs, EMOMs, Olympic lifting, burpees and more. You’ll be glad you bought this headband (no gender excluded).

I have a bald/buzzcut shaven head and I tend to sweat a lot. I mostly do indoor cardio sports (rowing on a Concept2 machine) and the sweat always start drizzling in my eyes after 5 minutes, slowing my tempo and making me wipe my eyes too often, leading to the infamous sweat burning sensation.I have a large head (62cm/XL for reference) and this is perfect. The headband is very soft and it has a yellow seal inside that acts like a dam or gate and redirects the sweat to the sides.It really made a difference and made me more efficient during my workout. Easy to clean, just add a dash of soap, wash in your hands, rinse and hang dry. The next morning it is as fresh as new. Made in the USA, looks like high quality not like the usual overseas stuff that is priced lower. Here you really get what you par for.

Great product, as other reviews have mentioned, but I would avoid amazon and just buy it directly from the Halo Headband website. They offer free shipping in Canada, and they don't have to pay amazon's cut.I got this one from amazon, but I got a 2nd one off their website and I would encourage people to use their website.

I'm a sweaty dude. Hats, bananas, etc., all work until you get too sweaty, then all they're good for is keeping your hair out of your face. This sweatband works wonders for keeping sweat out of your face and off your glasses or goggles, minimizing fogging and discomfort.
