Very good comfortable fit
Bought for 12 year old daughter for hockey. Easy to mould and daughter very pleased with the fit and comfort. Would definitely recommend.

Doesn't actually have any gel
I only bought this because I had lost my mouthguard and this option had the fastest delivery. It is generally difficult to get a good fit, the material in the "inner layer" and the "outer layer" seem to be exactly the same, just different colours. This is demonstrated by the fact that after biting into the warmed-up mouthguard, also the "outer layer" was deformed by my teeth. This never happened with any other mouthpiece. Other mouthguards usually have a gel inside that shapes around your teeth easily, and an outer layer that only slightly changes shape to adjust to your dental arch.

I assume if you can get it to fit and stay in it looks a very good guard. Unfortunately no matter how long I tried, it just kept falling off my sons teeth
