Good customer service
Great screwdriver for 6 months and unfortunately decided to malfunction but great customer service from Alex so overall pleased

Could be better
It’s reasonably useful as an electric screwdriver except for the fragile forward and reverse buttons. They tend to stick down and I find myself regularly having to stop and free up the buttons before I can continue. Other than that it’s robust but overpriced for what it is. If the switching was sorted it would be so much better.

Tacky, no torque and generally rubbish
Unless I got a broken one it is as the headline says. Save your money

The buttons are useless
Your thumb falls inside the button slot and gives you a sore thumbs after trying to press the buttons, your thumb rubs against the hard plastic as you try to connect the buttons.

battery screwdriver
when it was first used it was fantastic because lack of dexterity in my wrists but after light use forward button would not function reverse button did i therefore returned it with no problem refund if they could assure me they have solved this prob i would buy another
