I have been going to OT for hand therapy after having surgery on my trigger fingers. I have been using this hypersphere and it has worked beautifully. The three vibration levels have been fantastic. It helps break down the scare tissue with its powerful vibrations. It's really been fantastic. I recommend it highly.

A great alternative to a massage gun! Really effective at loosening tight muscles and relaxing knots. Convenient size for carrying with you on the go, and a full charge lasts a long time. I learned about the Hyperice sphere from my PT person, and now it’s a part of my pre/post tennis routine.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. It doesn’t hold a charge long enough to use it for more than 3 minutes then has to be charged again. The price point is very high for something that is basically useless.

Well made. Gentle vibration helps ease sciatic pain. I use it while on Zoom meetings, etc. It has a quiet humm to it that does not carry over my microphone.

This is my second purchase. The first was for an older friend. my 84 year old sister liked it so much she wouldnt give it up, so I had to purchase another. I believe they are both being enjoyed. And it is hard to keep older ladies happy. (That last comment will get me in trouble if it gets out)

Have been using balls to roll for years (maybe decades). All sizes of balls with various hardness. This ball beats them all. Its hard and the vibrating pulse really helps loosens things up. However, it does have a fatal flaw - the power button is not recessed far enough into the ball. As a result, if you roll around for any amount of time (whether feet, glutes, hamstrings, etc.), you invariably roll over the power button and it turns off the pulse. If you are on the button long enough it turns the ball off (you turn the ball on and off by holding down the power button). I have attempted to compensate for this by starting off on level 1 (one blue light) so when I roll over the power button it takes it up to level 2 (two blue lights), and then eventually to level 3 (three blue lights). But that has its draw backs because you inevitably get to level 3 and then when you roll over it again it turns off the pulse. Plus, level 3 is the best and most effective. The product would be perfect with out this flaw. In my opinion, level 1 and level 2 are OK but level 3 is the money level. Further, you can't use it (or at not supposed to) on a wall (hard surface), so you can't use it against a wall to roll your traps. This would be awesome and a lot better than a lacrosse ball. This flaw is somewhat surprising because I have a Hyperice X for my knee (if you have knee issues this is a must have product), and the company Hyperice seems cutting edge. I've already requested the Normatec Air Compression system for my birthday. As I said, the Hyperice X is amazing. Overall good product but at $100 this is a major flaw that need to be corrected, and a bit surprising because the company's other products are all 5 star.

Works well. Been two weeks since I bought this. Use it almost daily after workout. Helps to relax muscles and remove knots.

My lower back muscles are much less tense now!
