Sichuan / Pixian / Pi Xian Broad Bean Paste 16OZ (454g) - PACK OF 2

After having the most amazing mapo tofu at a Kyoto Szechuan restaurant, I knew I had to recreate the recipe at home. After reading up on authentic Szechuan ingredients I took a chance on this bean paste and WOW was it worth it! It makes ALL the difference in the world and has an amazing savory flavor. My recreation is almost an exact match to the restraunt's mapo. There's a lot of bean paste in the packet and I could not make enough dishes to use it all up in good time because a little bit (a few tablespoons for a dish that serves 6-8) goes a long way.

Taste horrible not like I bought at Asia market. When I receive it have 2 months before due date.
