Very comfortable. The magnetic strap clip is unique and convenient.
The bad part: Except for manufacturing defects on just the units I received, it's a 5-start product. After about a week of wearing it, the strap snapped off at the part that connects to the watch. The seller did send a replacement but the new item didn't fit securely onto the watch like the first one did. I would purchase again if I was sure to get one without any defects. The good parts:Installed easily, fits great, and looks neat! The loop forms a snug and secure fit at the exact size that you want. The strap comes up to body temperature immediately and the weight of the strap feels just right so I don't even feel that I have the watch on. The color of the part that attaches to the watch itself doesn't match, but personally, it doesn't bother me - the color of strap itself is nice and the magnetic clip that holds it together works great.

Nice band with a few small issues (updated)
The band is nice but the fastener is a magnet, not a clip and the magnet keeps sticking to my Surface Book 2 if I rest my wrist on the wrist rest. It looks nice and feels great on.Update. After about 10 months of use a couple of the links on the side came undone, creating a sharp edge. I worked with the company and they kindly provided a replacement under their one year warranty. I can't imagine how I would have damaged the band but in any event the band was replaced with no issues and the new band is perfect. I will buy from them again.

Great Silver Band but Snags on Eveything
The media could not be loaded. The band is great and is exactly what I wanted, needed and has held up wonderfully. Here's the pros & cons:Pros: Adjustable, stylish, minimal, does not look cheap, easy on/off of your watch, and in my opinion, fun to randomly "connect" to the most unsuspecting things while wearing it: fridge, lamp, door, etc. If you like playing with magnents, you'll appreciate this too. If you don't, you'll most likely find yourself rolling your eyes as you pull your wrist away to disconnect.Cons:1. The band became discolored in a couple of spots where the magnet connected. This really isnt an issue unless being shared or used by someone with a smaller wrist that would "uncover" the spot where the magnet was placed for a larger wrist. And even then, isn't SUPER noticeable. (See video where I point them out)2. It seriously catches on everything. Threads, blankets, shirts, etc. If theres a loose thread or soft material around: BEWARE. This is really my only serious complaint. But I still love this piece, really I do. However, I am a "grin and bear it" type of person who doesnt trivially discard things due to inconveniences. That said, if I'm getting dressed in anything besides my lounge clothes, you better believe the watch comes off! Even when you're wearing clothes, it is incredibly easy to catch the hem or even just the material of anything you wear. This is truly the main problem. If I had paid for a sterling silver or nicer piece, oh yes, I would definitely had returned right away.3. The magnet is a lot stronger than I imagined, which is GREAT for securing your device to your hand, but very annoying when trying to charge your device with a cord, as it will want to bunch up and thus disconnect or knock out the magnetic charger. Simply figure out a way to set it up when charging, no biggie. All in all, I love this watch. Yes it catches on things, yes I pull fuzzies from it a lot, but it's so functional, exactly what I wanted and therefore I am satisfied!

I love it.
This watchband is FAR more comfortable than the band that came on my Fitbit from the factory. One of the things I did not like about the factory band was that one notch would be too tight while the next notch was too loose. It was never comfortable. And don't get me started about needing to readjust because your wrist is swollen when yo wake up in the morning. But with this new band it is so easy to adjust it to 'just right'. And as the swelling in my changes throughout the day it takes just an instant to readjust the new band to make it fit perfectly once again. As for 'durability' ... I haven't had it long enough to properly rate that. But I can say so far I'm impressed. I've had it for about a month and there is no sign of wear or tear.I love it.Note to Amazon: I don't know why you would rate "Mobile App" when to the best of my knowledge there is NO mobile app associated with this watch band.

Poor quality and not for fitness use: Magnet doesn't hold and the band broke from connector
The band looked nice enough when compared to a typical Fitbit band. Sadly, it was made poorly. The band comes attached to a connector that snaps into the watch. The band broke away from this connector within a day of wearing the band, without there being any sort of extreme activity involved. The magnet used to hold the band in place is a joke. It held okay when I was stationary, but any semi-quick movement of my arm would result in the band expanding and sliding down my wrist because the magnet simply wasn't strong enough to hold it in place. Attempting a light jog led to the same result. I didn't expect this band to be a great choice for the gym, but I did expect it to stay tight enough for the Fitbit sensors to work accurately as I moved around throughout the day. It failed to do even that.

Easy fit and close, long term quality sufferes
I have purchased and broke two of these bands. The chainmail will eventually separate for the clasp. Both my bands broke in the same way and location. I also had GPS issues with the band on my Fitbit Ionic and it would take forever to lock and would also occasionally drop during the run. When I would use the silicon band that came with the watch I did not have the same issues with the GPS. The magnetic clasp which I loved would also shut my screen off on my laptop if I rested my hand on the surface of the laptop when typing. I would have to take the watch off when using my laptop likely due to the proximity f the magnet to the spin hard drive. I love the watch band but after breaking two I won't buy anymore. They look great and wear nice but longevity is not going to be a strong suit of this watch band for me.
