I needed a replacement for my 20 year old hard wired door bell from driveway to kitchen, 40 foot already wired and so hooked it up and picture is great and works just right. Solved my problem.

I bought this to replace a broken doorbell camera, setup was easy, video quality was better than the one it replaced and worked fine but it only lasted 6 months. Camera and microphone still work but the doorbell button does not. A doorbell that doesn't ring is not of much use.

I bought this system to replace an existing 4 wire system that was 30 years old. If you're replacing a similar set up this will work. The installation manual is clear and was able to get it installed. So be aware this is NOT a wireless system.Pros: It works and was easy to install.Cons: First no operating manual. I can deduce what three buttons do but not the other two. The image is always over exposed. And without the manual I have no idea if it can be adjusted. In the end it serves its purpose, to here when someone is at the gate.Further note, the power adapter uses a JST-XH 2.54mm plug. It works beyond expectations. The monitor is clear and the different rings are a plus.
