I'm 72. But I have the health of a 40 year old. Five years ago, I started experiencing arthritis. Bummer! So I googled it and discovered the story of a young guy who was having premature signs of arthritis himself... in his late 30s, I think. He was a biochemist. So he did some research and realized that in his part of the world, there was a serious lack of boron in the soil. So he started supplementing his diet with boron and cured himself shortly after. I've had the same results. It's NOT a quick fix. Don't expect miracles overnight. But I swear by it.

The media could not be loaded. The capsules are too small and tough to maintain and the box cap is not airtight and very weak which does not hold back moisture for long ruining the tablets , furthermore the silica gel given in the box is meant to be kept inside and that is uncomfortable for most people but overall good value for money product, i got it for 550 Rs and if you're getting it for less only then buy don't buy it over 600.

Supposed to plays an important role in numerous biological functions, including calcium metabolism, growth and maintenance of bone tissue.

So, Boron helps you not to be a moron. It helps regulate free T levels in your blood and the lack of it will cause lethargy, anti social behaviour as hormones regulate a major part of behavioral patterns in adult males. So, if you quit smoking, eat well, lift heavy and take boron .. you'll be the type of man you want to be. Results take atleast a month time. Also, cycling intake works best .. I stack it with lion's mane, multivitamins and stop taking it for a week each month. Regardless, Boron works.
