I just received this. It fully fills in 24 hrs. Can I go ahead and use it before the 24 hours?

It looks like a big block of foam. I am not sure is it contains latex.

Why does it say dual handles. there are two handles. they do not work together. there’s only one on the left side. very difficult to pull into place.

Dual = 2. There are 2 handles. How hard is that to understand? Nobody ever said, anywhere, that having 2 handles means they have to ‘work together’.
